Morkos founded ALICE technologies, the world's first construction optioneering platform in 2015. He invented the World’s first Generative Construction Simulator that ingests BIM models and user-defined rule sets which then generates millions of valid simulations to build a project. ALICE’s mission is to reduce the cost of construction by 25% globally to improve standards of living by lowering infrastructure development costs.

Morkos attended Stanford University from 2009 to 2014 and was a Charles H. Leavell Fellow and Ph.D. candidate. Beginning in 2018, Morkos serves as an adjunct professor and lecturer at Stanford in the Civil and Environmental Engineering department. He is teaching a new breed of construction production management, using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other theories; changing how the problem of construction production management is both formulated and solved.
